Hello there.I just found on internet ur web site and just wanna to tell u my problem with Shyness.First of all Sorry for my bad English.

I am 19 years old had serious problem with shyness,because i am to shy i never had any girlfriends,and because of that i fell really nervios, frustrated and depressive.So here is my problem.When i wanna ask a girl to date with me,to be my girlfriend,something like that then i feel my body start to shaking,my hangs are with water and the i block myself and have fear of rejection and start to be really anger and more and more upset.When my friend will tell me "Go and tell her" or something like that i am trying to explain him or her how i felling in that moment,but he/she will tell me the same thing,then i staring to be more and more upset and depressive because all my experience with girls till now that i am rejected.And because of my increased fear,depression and i am really good with my friends and i am too sensitive i can't go to ask girl for date.And i have the chance to ask ermm it is so poor that my mouth is shaking and i loosing myself.

You need to work on inner confidence and inner concept. Once you are confident in yourself as a guy and you no you can talk to women you will see the scripts roll out in front of your eyes, its naturally programmed into your mind. You have just placed mental blocks in front of it

try practising asking a girl out with a friend (female if possible) and she can give you any nesssesary pointers

Agreed with this statement. You need to have confidence in yourself, easily said than done, right? Well, it takes practice you know. Get out there, start getting use to talking to women, realize you have nothing to lose and only experience to gain. =]
