for some reason i can't stop making fakes on the internet.
and somehow my only firends ended up adding one of them thinking its a real person, and ended up getting way attached.
and recently started to suspect it was me.
how do i fix this without telling them it IS me?
or convince them that it isn't.
i know its shitty but i need a solution.

Pretend as if you do not care.
Stop logging on your fake, tell them on your fake your losing internet access for a while due to inability to pay the bills.
Never log on again.

i was just thinking that if they confronted me
act all offended that they would think that w/e.

just stop logging on the fake and after a while stop logging in completely.
or logging on at normal intervals so nothing seems strange.

just stop logging in as your fakes is really the only way of doing it really (if you dont want themm to kow they are you) the only other option would be to provoke an arguement (using one of your fakes) so that they stop liking your fakes.
if they are suspicious you could always give a sarcastic reply, or just not act bothered

im so sorry but in this one im not agree on the ''not loggin'' plan. something you have to learn about life is that you cant avoid the consequences of your mistakes, in fact thats the thing about living, is that you learn of your mistakes, and how you gonna learn if you avoid the consequences?, the ''not loggin'' plan is so inmature!, so selfish! couse you are not thinking that there is another heart, there is another person that is attached to this fake person on internet that suddenly disappear

be brave, tell the truth
do the right thing, is better for you
make the difference everytime you can
think twice before you do something
and never avoid the consequences cus will help you to be stronger and a better person.

Stop logging in and stop making fake accounts... erm. I suppose you could tell them that it was you, but as long as you stop doing doing it I don't see why you should if you've learnt a lesson that doing things like that come back to bite you.

Personally I wouldnt tell them the truth, that would just get you even more trouble with them if they are already suspecting you.

If I was you I'd just slowly stop signing on the fake account over time and just quietly 'lose touch'.

Wow my friend JUST RECENTLY had that problem except that it was vice versa. She made a fake girl and got kinda attached to this guy that went to our school. Problem is, he doesnt know the "real" her and she pretended to be a junior when she's actually a freshmen. I convinced her to stop logging on when he wanted her yahoo account. I dont think its "shitty" since everybody gets curious (esp when someones profile is private) but its a better idea to just be you. :]

I agree with them.

You will feel better after doing so, or else you're just going to be walking around with that on your chest, even if you do just stop logging in.

And stop making fakes, it's stupid.

Maybe I've just fallen out of the Interwebz loop or something, but what the hell is "making a fake"? Is that creating a fake forum account, or MSN account (or equivalent), and then investing time in it talking to people? It sounds like that, but no one has mentioned what exactly they're logging into.

If that's what it is... hahahaha! I mean come on. Why are you bothering creating and investing your time and energy into something that's completely fake? Makes no sense to me at all.
