All my life, I've been told that I have a low self esteem, no confidence..
Heck, my shop teacher said, Confidence, you need to have confidence in yourself...
So my question is this..
Well, not quite sure how to word this, but how do I fix this ?
Join the Marine Corps. I guarantee you after you're done with basic you'll be more confident than ever in fact more so than most. I haven't been through it myself but i will and I've met some of those who have and trust me it'll work.
Also part of the problem may be your body image. in other words how you view yourself. for example if you're fat or think your fat that would be a body image problem that could be part of your confidence problem. in that case work out more to get a better body.
also taking a martial art might also improve your confidence. i does for me.

Well i've been low on self confidence all my life.
What has began to boost mine is the confidence my boyfriend has in me and how he treets me differently to the rest of the world.
Being made feel special.
Also, like the others said, martial arts might be a good activity to try out.
I cannot even begin to explain how much acting classes helped me with my confidence. Even if you never get up on stage its great because there aren't any judgements. People want you to take risks, and if you act like a goof its alright because everybody else is a goof too.
I fourth martial arts, it is a good confidence builder for some people.
