He kept following me and asking "do you remember me?"

at first I didn't, but then I remembered and I started walking faster and he followed me for half a mile into a cemetary

Now he knows that I am still around and I can't leave the house without feeling paranoid.

And I have to leave the house like everyday to go babysit...

Call the police right now, tell them this sick man has found you again, after the incident last year you should have had police protection so contact them asap.

Tell a friend, get them to tell the police if you can't do it yourself. They will want to talk to you- but a friend will do the initial step to talk to the police.
I know its probably really hard for you, but you really do need to do something hun... It's not right that you have to go through the worry everyday, you most probably don't deserve it at all. Think about how much of a weight will be lifted off of your shoulders once you've told someone, and the guy is locked up.
And think of it this way: It wont be you that your just helping by telling. You don't know how many other people he's done it to, or how many more he could do it to. Save others the pain too... Tell someone.

You need to talk to them police and your parents IMMEDIATELY. That sick fucker shouldn't be on the streets. I also advise you to get a tazer (sp?) just in case something happens.

EDIT: if you do get a tazer, make sure it is the kind that comes with a cord that you put around your wrist. If he tries to take it from you, the cord will come out and make the tazer useless.

call the police tell them. i was in a situation like this this girl ive know for really long was allways bothered by this guy and he would tell her that hes gonna come to her house and they are gonna fuck so she told me while we were at a club i was drunk he was there me being drunk i dont think things through i went over there and kicked his ass got thrown out of the club arrested she came explained the situation and when i was released the officer says the world could use more poeple like you. and i said what drunk kids that dont think

I would not suggest getting a taser, considering that could kill him (preexisting heart condition whether he knows about it or not, etc..the police have killed plenty of people with those things). And despite what my avatar says, killing people is not entirely suggested because then there is jail. Self-defense is a weak defense, and the media loves a story about a "bad girl."

But talk to your parents--NOW. Talk to the police--NOW. You need to make a report and get a paper trail going. Even if they can't do anything about it now (and chances are they can't, unless you are going to try to press charges for the initial rape), you need to have official documents showing you made a complaint about him harrassing you. Every time he speaks to you, follows you, whatever, every time you SEE him on the streets, you call the police, and you get it written in a report. That way if he ever threatens you (or, fsm forbid, hurts you), there is precedence. It could be enough to get a restraining order if nothing else.

If you need someone to talk to, please message me. Your safety is the number one priority here, but he has absolutely no right to disrupt your life.

Call your parents. Spread and say all you can incase something happens. Get a gun, a taser, pepper spray. Stay with friends too. Only walk where other people are.

Learn some self defense. Don't take any drinks or things from anyone.

If it comes to any conflict. Do all you can to keep him down for a minute then run. Make the biggest scene possible.

A taser is a risk. Yet I think its worth the risk. You could kill him. Just don't go overboard. If he follows you again find a cop or anyone.
