I was wondering and im pretty sure alot of other people are wondering too but what are some ways to appreciate the good things you have going for you. I was just asking because I personally think it helps when your feeling down and im pretty sure everyone else has their own ways.
Ask yourself if you really need all the "extra" stuff you may want or have (tangible or intangible) and if it's even possible to obtain (some people waste away seeking things that are simply not possible). By analyzing the difference between needs and wants, you can learn to see that what you have is pretty great.
