Bullies

Hi! =)

I got a problem, when I was younger I got bullied in school, and the they're 2 - 3 years older then me, and I can still see them when I'm out walking, and everytime I see them, and then I don't know what to do, I get all nervous and get this flashback-ish images of what they did and said.

Something tells me I should say "Hi!" to them, maybe smile a bit to show that I'm not mad at them, I think they're actually nice guys but maybe in the wrong company of friends, but all I do is to stare somewhere else like on the ground like I'm ashamed?

What should I do?
Would it be better if I talked about it because I don't want to feel they're a threat anylonger.

Probably not a good idea to say hi. Just keep walking, keep your head up, don't make eye contact, but try and make sure you look confident when you're walking at the same time.

Don't blatently ignore them, just don't pay attention to them. Try to walk with freinds, and have a laugh or something, or do something while you're walking that can make you look happy & content.

Just, chin up. Don't look at them just walk past smiling or just looking confident.

like "Yeah, you can't hurt me now" sorta thing..

Well, I hope it works, and I think it works, I think they've matured a bit and that they will not make any problems. =)

aww i feel for you. Bullies are silly people. You just have to swear at then IN YOUR HEAD and NOT out loud. and as the other smart people said walk past confidentley. Wish you the best in life

aww bullies are shitty

my sister is getting bullied at school by these girls that are 3 years older than her, i have no idea why there being like this to her.. there is nothing wrong with her shes a beautiful friendly girl i don't get why people be bullies :s
anyways she has to change schools now

Well, nice she's going to change school, I hope it gets better. =)

We had classes from 0 - 3 (6 yrs - 9 yrs) 4 -6 (10yrs - 12yrs) 7 - 9 (13yrs - 15yrs) and in the 4 - 6 I was the youngest boy, and I was the only boy in my age, haha. xD
I think that made me better to pick on. x)
