This isn't a big of a problem as the person next to me but my problem is that I think of what people might think of me a little too much. This a problem.
Anyone else have this problem? If so what do you do to help with this?

many people feel this way. its pretty common. you just have to accept yourself and not worry about what other people think of you. if they dont like you for who you are, then they're not worth your time. just be yourself and relax and have fun. you are who you are and if someone cant accept it then its their loss.

To reverse it.
This principle is really that simple.
If I think people think I stink, then to reverse it would be to clean myself.
If I think people think my nails are too long, then to reverse it would be to cut my nails.
And the reason you didn't get a specific advice is because your question itself isn't specific.

I wasn't expecting specific advice. I should have explained a little more.
I'll lend an example.
"Hes not [insert], why is he wearing [insert] clothes"

I don't get what you're trying to ask for, why people care about what other people wear?
