If there's parental consent under-18s can live wherever they want, but if not then it's illegal.
I found out because I have to have parental consent to be able to join the army, and still being my guardian my mum has the right to withdraw me at any time from there.

Or make your parents come collect you.

At 13.. If you don't want to go home, no one can FORCE you back...
At 16, If you wanted to leave home... Providing that you have somewhere safe to stay and are able to work for a living whenever you needed, they can't FORCE you back into the house, but your parents can apeal to get you back.
At 18... You're free lol |

Money: 99 | Re: Moving Out at 16 - Rights? Law? she can move out at 16 but she has to go before a judge and get emancipated and her parents will no longer be her legal guardians but she has to show the judge she can live without parental support
like she needs to show the judge proof of a job and place to live |

Money: 179 | Re: Moving Out at 16 - Rights? Law? Well I'm Pretty Sure She Can Move Into Yours Whether Or Not Her Parents Let Her Or Not, But Legally....I'm Not Sure. I Doubt Anybody Can Force Her Too But Say If Her Parents Appealed And She HAd To Go Back, She Could Run Away Back To Yours, Again And Again. Eventually Somebody Should Get The Message That She Don't Wanna Be There.
Good Luck With It All |
