Money: 159 | My Sister! Ok my sister dated this guy shon for a little bit and then he beat the shit out of my sister and her 2 year old son.
well..
we are in a custody battle trying to get my sisters son back and she isn't supposed to have any contact with this guy or anything
she has a restraining order on him and everything.
well..
i am her little sister and i snooped in her myspace mail and i found that she is having a relationship with him.
and we are getting my nephew back soon
should i tell my mom?
and what should my mom do?
should my mom confront my sister about it or just wait and see if my sister brings that guy around?

Listen, don't jump to conclusions, chances are - you could be wrong. However, this is a serious situation where your sister was physically harmed. If she's still in contact with the same guy that harmed her, you do need to take affirmative action. Yes, I do strongly suggest you go to your mother and tell her what you know and your mom should probably confront your sister about it. Although, your sister might deny that she's still talking to this guy, but you have to work around that.
Good luck!

Anyway, back to the question, I wouldn't worry yourself about what you're mum should say. That is up to you're mum. But, its such a serious situation that you shouldn't really mess around with it - you're nephew and sister were physically harmed. Not that i'm saying you're messing with the situation at all..
See what happens once you're mum has had a word, and take it from there.

No yelling, because that might push your sister away for a bit. If your mom told your sister that she knows about her and her "boyfriend" again, she should remind your sister that this is the same man who hurt her and her child and will probably hurt them again. No guarantees on whether or not this guy has "changed" his ways.
