like i can feel the pain of the nieghbors wife, for her passing grandfather. its the feeling of death.
just sadness.
i dont know where it came from
i wastn feeling it a minute ago.
but earlier tonight i was faced with feelings of wanting to smoke.
and now again im faced with this i want to smoke.
but i dont want to. i have to be stronger then this urge to smoke.
like i said before, physicly no addiction. but it has a mental property to it.
and damn. i know i shouldnt. but i want to.
ugh.

u don't want to smoke!!!!u know that u shouldn't smoke and that smoking is bad, u y would u want to smoke?!u don't want to smoke u just feel like u need to smoke which is not true, cz ur body doesn't need smoke, u should be strong to confront this thing and always think that if u don't want to, then there's nothing in this world that can make you smoke..

hahahahaha that was pretty funny and also quite useful. how subliminal can they get. i wonder what the really really really small writing is in between sme of the encouraging big writing. prolly something bad lol.
any way. i didnt last night. and i wont tonight. but something happened tonight that makes me want to even more then last night.
