Anyways, I agree, get a new hair cut.
try some side bangs too.. they work wonders..

And maybe a little make up like blush to your cheeks.. you just look kind of pale.

You have such a cute face, but your hair doesn't complement it. Go for some layers and framing of your face. As for makeup, I think all you need is some mascara, a little blush, and some kind of lip gloss/shimmer to bring out your lips.

But, that's just me. Otherwise, I think you're a really pretty, unique-looking girl.

my friend got cream for her acne at the doctor it was cleared up in like 2 weeks , your acne doesnt look to bad tho but if it does bother you see the doctor
