i have recently been raped...i dont know how to deal with this & need some help...i have not been able to tell anyone yet ! dont know if i should report it or no ? can anyone help me please

I'm sorry sorry that you got raped. and yes! You should go tell somebody as soon as possible. I made the mistake of not telling anybody.

Even if this person was close to you(I don't know), they had no right to do that to you and you should report them.

The quicker you tell somebody, the quicker you can have a rape kit done, and then they will have evidence.

Please, don't just be another victim. People like that can't get way with it.

Yes you should report it RIGHT away! ive never been raped so i dont know how to deal with it. but if you report it someone who has be in your place can help! If i were you i would probly tell an older sister or brother. A friend that you can trust first. then tell your parents. im sure they will know what to do at that point... i hope i help!

it was a week ago so...i dont no what 2 do now, i have tryed goin 2 the police station but cant go in...stood out side 4 hours !! i am just so scared and confussed !! keep think it was my fault

whoever did this was in the wrong, not you.
YOU were the victim.
Report it, and tell your parents.

It wasn't your fault. Believe me, that person could have controlled themselves, and they didn't. THEY WERE THE WRONG ONE, not you.

Do you know somebody older that you can trust? Your mom or something? That's the easiest way to get help. Tell them if it is too hard to go directly to the police.

At least if you tell your parents, get your parents to go into the police station for you. They'll guarenteed do it. You're their baby. I'm so sorry that happened to you

i was just tryin 2 forget about it all..i really dont want my parents 2 find out they would b so asshamed !! its makes it worse it was my x boyfriend who did it....but he sed i deserved it and i believed him.....i am so scared i want it all 2 go away but i wont i cant stop goin over 7 over it in my head and seein is face.....

This guy obviously didn't care about you if he would do that.

Your parents would not be ashamed of you. It wasn't your fault that you got raped. Your parents would feel sorry for you and try to help you get over this.

Believe me, if you try to forget it, it will come back and haunt you. You'll never forget it. It'll keep replaying in your mind over and over again. You'll be afraid of a lot of new things if you keep it in you. You'll be afraid to go out and be risky if you don't do anything about it. Please, don't make my mistake. Help yourself.
