So, I have a slight problem. Well, I think it's a slight problem but everyone around me is telling me about how it's wrong and sometimes people push me to do what they think is right.
Here is my problem. I find food to be something that will only make you weak. Something that will bring you down and something that will make you depended on it. Sometimes when I don't eat I'm completely fine. I have more enegry and everything. But then when I eat my stomach feels like it's going to blow and I feel sick, like dizzy sick.
I know why my stomach feels that way. Mainly because I use to go hours or days without food. And then people would put food in front of me and I wouldn't be rude so I would eat it all without having to tell them my stomach hurt. Minutes after eating I had the urge to get sick, not because I wanted to puke but because it hurt so bad. I got to the point where I had to take my sleeping pills, which help with sickness only to help my stomach calm down.
So, today, right now it's 11:52pm, I have only ate half of a sandwich and that was at 1:15pm earlier. I threw half of it in the trash and no one saw and I didn't care if they did. But to me the best part about not eating is getting that burning feeling in your stomach. I get a lot more heart burn because there is nothing blocking the acid, so it comes up in my throat.
Does anyone else have this problem? Do you think it's a bad problem? What should I do?
All opinions are welcome.

You just got out of a routine of eating regularly, and then got into the habit of pretty much binging until you got sick. I don't think it's good for you to not eat, but I'm not going to tell you what to do. If you start to feel like it's a big problem, you've just got to start training yourself to eat more during the day. Maybe you could just eat a few small things during the day, like snacking here and there.
The problem is I can't eat that much. Not even a full sandwich. Mainly because where I gave up eating, my stomach lining got smaller and smaller. So, food that was too big or if I ate too much then it would push down on my lining causing intense stomach pains and sickness. So, I guess I'm going to have to drink more and more water to stretch it out.

My bro had that problem once. There is nothing wrong with not eating. More than likely it is because you have a small stomache. Lucky lol mine is huge. Just don't starve yourself. Also, dont eat Mcdonalds, makes me sick sometimes >.<
Would you mind talking to the doctor? They could tell you if it's healthy or not.

I'd suggest eating very small healthy meals.
Start out with 1 or 2, then gradually get to 3 or 4.
Plus don't eat 'heavy' foods, such as steak. Or yeah.

As a recovering anorexic I can tell you that not eating enough really fks with your body. It's not abnormal for people to have smaller appetites and consequently not eat as much as the average person but you should eat at least 1000 calories every day, more if you excersize. Just try eating small meals throughout the day rather than 3 big ones, and eat things that aren't too filling...toast, granola bars, fruits and veggies....it doesn't have to have a tonne of fat or anything, just make sure you eat enough to keep your body functioning correctly. I got obsessed with controlling my portion sizes and physiclaly collapsed, had to be in bed for 4 days, and couldn't model anymore because I didn't have the energy to walk for long periods of time anymore. So it definately is dangerous to not eat all the time.
The reason you feel weak from eating is because your body is burning nothing. Let me say, your body runs on a nuclear battery. The nuclear battery is a "back up" for when no food is available. The weakness you're feeling is your body thinking it has to switch back to food. If you eat, you won't have to worry about all this anymore:
Poor circulation, resulting in common attacks of 'pins and needles' and purple extremities
In cases of extreme weight loss, there can be nerve deterioration, leading to difficulty in moving the feet
Headaches, due to malnutrition
Thinning of the hair
Nails become more brittle
Constantly feeling "cold"
Bruise easily
Dry skin
Now let me just say, I was anorexic myself, and if my post doesn't help you I highly reccommend seeing a pcyciodris (how do you spell that?) about this. You don't deserve to be starved and hurt.
I didnt eat for hours, then when i ate it felt like great pressure on my stomach. Obviously because it caused my stomach to shrink and eating on this stomach made me feel strained, and feeling a little ill when eating. I realized not eating just made me feel worse, try and build it up, as people say its not hard to lose weight or keep at your weight you are now, as long as you eat healthy foods aswell as those fat foods that some eat I was in a similar situation to you not long back, it made me feel quite ill, but i felt fine with going hours without food due to the routine i had put my body in. I actualy began to feel big because i didnt eat.

she's very right. also as a recovering anorexic, i think it's much better to take everything gradually. you don't need to eat a whole sandwich. take a piece of bread, spread some peanut butter on it, and eat that. it's tasty and healthy plus, it's not much, which means your stomach won't stretch enough that your lining becomes ineffective. take things gradually and it will be good. it should even help your heartburn and acid reflux. also, make sure you go to the doc to get ur esophagus checked out. when you get lots of acid in ur esophagus, it destroys the phellangies (the little things that help the food pass down to your stomach) and you'll choke more often, if not get an infection. good luck
