don't wear tight underwear because that can interfere with fertility. try wearing big baggy jumpers that can cover it up maybe? go for the whole gangsta look... or get in the position of holding your hands together infront of yourself, and twiddle your fingers as a distraction so people don't look downwards when you least want them to. also if anyone insults you for it they're idiots, it's not like you made your body that way, besides doesn't even sound like a bad thing.
