Go out more
Do things you're interested in ..hobbies/sports/clubs..etc.
Meet more people.
Compliment yourself every day when you look in the mirror... could be your hair whatever.

You can join sports almost anywhere, like a local park. Or a well known organization. As for getting motivation to work out. Well you obviously say you want to exercise right. Which is more than likely to be fit. Theres your motivation

You got to have a reason for exercise, obviously you want to be fit. You want to be fit so thats your motivation. If your not motivated for that. Well you are really lazy and will never get that way
