I cant really help people with confidence unless they tell me there exact situation. Im just born with it i guess. Im never really depressed

Who wants to hear little story about America idol Hopeful for the 7th season this Kid his name is Miguel Monagio is 16 and is local from here he wants to look his best to be on the new season of American idol so he weighed 225 pounds dropped 125 pounds he is now at 145 pounds he used to wear size 42 in jeans size XXl in Shirts he is doing Crunches and push ups 15 minutes a day and is joining the Gym and he is cutting back on MCDS and KFC and french fries and candy and is eating smaller portions of food!isn't that something i thought you all should hear about this!

I know if i think about all the bad things in life ill get depressed.

So i think of as much positive things as possible.

Also, keeping yourself busy like. Going out with friends or watching a movie.

Pretty much anything that will keep you busy will keep you from thinking about bad things.

There's a lot to being confident. It would be so much easier if we could be naturally confident wouldn't it? I have confidence problems myself. Do feel better about yourself as a person you can help others and give them compliments. To feel better about your appearance, you have to first realize that you are who you are and if you aren't happy with who you are then you will never be happy with your life. And you deserve to be happy=) Look at yourself and say "i'm beautiful", make a list of all the positive things about you and things you like about yourself. And if you aren't happy with the negative things, then change them {unless they are beyond your control, and if they are you need not worry about htem}. And most definetely don't compare yourself to others. You have every right to have confidence and be happy about who you are. =)

I think we all have a little of that in all of us..
Some decide to show how self-conscience they are,
and some decide to cover it up, and say schrew it, I'm perfect..
which turns into cockiness..

People who overly show their confident doesn't make them cocky. Sometimes it has happened to me though. Its just becasue when you real confident you don't tend to think of anything bad so when someone says something bad it causes anger sometimes.

That makes perfect sense! In some cases, people become too confident in themselves, and those are usually the ones that arent so nice of people.

As I said, their not bad people. Just sometimes turns into bad behavior which can be bad. Thats why when I'm overly confident i usually go to my friend Jason's house. Were both like brothers almost. Were always confident because we do stupid, but hilarious stuff

To be 100% honest, I really don't like myself. I don't see anything 'beautiful' or in any way attractive about myself. If someone compliments me, I don't believe it. I think they can see right through me. Right down to my self-esteem and they think, 'Poor girl, I bet she could use a pick-me-up.'
It annoys my boyfriend because he doesn't understand why I feel this way. He's like, 'You're gorgeous, I don't know why the hell you're so self-conscious.' I wish I wasn't. I wish it for me and for him...I just wanna believe that I'm actually worth looking at. I wanna feel beautiful.

Yes, exceeding in things and having good accomplishments greatly improves confidence.
