Start learning a martial art. I do perputual Aikido and when I'm around people now, I'm not scared because I know how to defend myself if people wanna hurt me and I don't need to use strength.

My mentor mentioned all this to me, it did help slightly. I am still having problems myself over lack of confidence in myself though. I think thats very true what one of you previously said about the beauty..i wish everyone could see that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes, instead of judgement being made because of a persons look.
Because you are unique to anyone, you have unique beauty, tell yourself this
