I will start by explaining about me, im 17 (since april) and I am Bi, most people dont seem to have a problem with it and if you do please try and ignore this I am actually looking for some genuine advice!!!

So....

Today I took a friend of mine to Alton Towers for a day out, just to get away from home for a bit. The day was amazing but.... Something happened. I met someone that worked there who I seemed to click with. This might sound weird and its coming across a bit wrong but I got chatting to this guy who was around the same age as me and he seemed really cool and funny, basically someone I really liked. After that did'nt really think about it. But on the drive home my friend fell asleep and it left me with a lot of time to think as I drove and it became apparent that i liked him a lot. These feelings have continued all afternoon on the drive home and all through the night leading me to write this message!! So some advice would be well recieved about what I should do or what you think about it!

no i wish i had the confidence to ask but my friend i went with doesnt know i like guys aswell as girls. It wouldnt be far just about an hour, less if i take the motorway!

I dont know. Its hard because you live so far and also because you didnt get his number.
So there really isnt that great of chances of you bumping into him again since you dont know his schedule Im guessing either.

yea thats true and i think that that is maybe the reason why i feel like this becuase i know that I have met someone that on first impressions i thought was amazing, and the chances of us meeting again are minimal. Its just weird becuase i have never really felt like this before!

i would have done but i was stupid and worried what my friend i was with would think if i asked a lad we were talking to for his number lol. If I was alone I would have gone for it!! Shame becuase now i just feel awful and quite upset over the situation, im really hoping that it might pass?

Maybe if you don't mind taking a risk, go back on the same day around the same time one week and see. If you got his name you should ask about his schedule and see, that is if he isn't there.

erm i could do i guess. im not sure he feels the same no but is anyone ever sure wether someone else they meet feels the same? i dont really know to be honest we seemed to get on well when we both were talking, i would ask for his number either way i guess, no harm in asking??

Wait I know! If you know his name, why not look up the number to the place and ask someone when [so and so] is supposed to be working and I guess call back and ask him his number. I mean you'll avoid face-to-face rejection and a long trip for nothing if he's straight.

yea i know his name, he is called tom, i could do that... it just seems a bit strange. i dont really know im all confused and mixed up about it. Ideally I would go back and change what I did in the first place!! Do you think that I might get over it in the end?

Yeah, he's just a guy, you'll get over and find someone. Trust me I know how hard it is to find a boyfriend if your not a girl. It sucks.

I guess so im just trying to get to terms with the feelings that i got from today, it has been a long day, im tired im sure its not helping, I think its probably just the initial period of getting over it thats proving difficult, ive never really had to deal with it before and now I do its making me feel a little bit awful!

Yeah it's like that. And you might not be over it by tomorrow, but it will pass. Are there any other guys that you know, that you like?
