For guys, it's a really really nice feeling in the penis, and sometimes the surronding areas as well. It can range from mild, to intense. Intense can make you really tired sometimes. I have to just lay there for a while to recover after my intense orgasms.
I don't know for girls though.

Well, i have asked a girl this question before, and if a guy knows what hes doing she said, that it is almost like an explosion of pleasure that flows through your body...sorta like a gushing feeling..
