question about "non-physical" sex

How do you have cyber-sex and phone-sex. I've heard of phone sex, but how is that sexual? All you hear is some persons voice. And cyber sex, isn't it like IM'ing sexual stuff? Again, it may be erotic, but it can't be compared to physical sex, or masturbation, right?

It's mostly how you can leave it up to your imagination that turns people on. With phone sex you can hear the voice and the way they talk dirty to you, and you can imagine what they're saying.

I've never done either. But I found out what cybering was the hard way when I was 12 and had just gotten the internet. Some guy asked me if I wanted to cyber and I didn't want to look stupid by asking what it was so I just said yes. After recovering from the mild shock of finding out what it was, I logged out.

...now I just ask if I don't know something.

they lived in different countrys so its not like it was a terrible thing to do or anything.

I am not a fan of cyber or phone sex myself. I tried cyber twice just out of curiosity with a friend and gave up quarterway because I got bored and it didn't turn me on. I guess my affection for that friend was too 'friendlike' or maybe I wasnt't just in the mood. Anyway there is nothing as good as real sex, masturbation doesn't even come close.
