How do you qualify a pervert?
because most of people are stupid, becase they dont think before talking.

Just becsause somene ok just peek a little, just a little at a girls OBVIOUS cleavage, they characterize you as a pervert. or maybe you watch porn but you dont wanna fucking anyone know you do that.

About me I quit watching that stuff, there is better thing to do!
And okay when i am on a date, I, MAYBE peek a little, or not at all. that does not make me a pervert right?

So, how do you qualify a pervert?

My opinion is that sick people that use forced sex (rape) and people who violate a law.

If you peek, you're perving and therefore you are a pervert.

I think rapists are worse then pervert.
For me perverts are people with weird and harmfull fetishes, stalkers, paedophiles, zoophiles, gerontophiles or people who are making sexist or sex jokes/moves when it's nor appropriate.

Rape and perving aren't the same thing. O_O Rape is forced sexual contact, when in most cases being a pervert doesn't have to involve contact at all.

Basically everyone knows I hate sluts and whores more than anyone else on this planet. So I have no problem with a chick getting raped when she's bending over with a short skirt and a thong showing. Harsh, inhumane and bitchy maybe, but that's my opinion.

I think that to be a proper pervert then you need to have a deliberate urge to want to try and see.

Quite often you may see something you didn't mean to and feel bad about it.

Maybe someone is curious? If they were to get a little peak, they may decide to not look away.

this is quite hard to say, but I consider a pervert to be a negative thing, so obviously what they must be doing is negative.

Guys staring at girls boobs or looking them up and down in general, honestly, depends on the girl, if shes dressed in short shorts or a miniskirt and a top showing off her boobs, then god damn, what do you expect?? guys are visual, if they see a REALLY cool car or motorbike or whatever, there gonna do the same god damn thing.

That's people in general. If anyone sees something they like, of course they're going to acknowledge it's presence positively.
