Alright, so ive noticed my breasts hurt and are kind of itchy... anyone know what this is from? thanks

You're breasts can hurt for a number of reasons.
It could be a sign of breast cancer, or it happens when you're pregnant.
Now before you go freaking out, it can also be because of your period, they're growing, or you're wearing the wrong bra size.

As others said, it can be from PMS, them growing, or a few other things. Odds are you don't have breast cancer, especially if you're in your teens. My nipples itch sometimes too, so I know how annoying that can be. It might just be from chaffing from your bra, or just a normal itch. If they hurt for a long time to the point of where its really worrying you, then you should go see your doctor, otherwise, don't stress about it to much.

it doesnt have any appearence of any usual rash like things...

it doesnt really hurt around my nipples, kind of like.. the muscles under them, or the rest of my breasts. I wear a D cup

It's a tad bit unreasonable to go diagnosing based off of her nipples itching. Not to mention, I doubt you're at all a health care professional to even know how to diagnose. Please stop.

Like everyone has sad, it can be from a number of issues. Your skin could be dry. Try and put some lotion on and see if that helps at all. Go for like healing lotion, something unscented so that you don't take the risk of irritating the skin with any of the things put in the lotion for the scent. If it continues for too long and you're worried, see your doctor.
