Before I had sex I tried it laying front-down, using lube, to try to simulate sex, but it was weird having to hold my arm down there like that. I have also rubbed against the bed (like dry humping the mattress) but that wasn't near as stimulating as normal jerking.

i did that as well, it was a nice relief way when i was 10 didnt know why then but it got me calm and happy
