I am not sure if this has anything to do with this, but i thought i would ask.
Can masterbation cause a female to leak more vagial water inbetween the month if they've masterbated a lot?

Nop. Masturbation does not normally cause heavier periods (if thats what you mean). They rather relax your uterine muscles and relieve mesntrual cramps, making periods less uncomfortable.

Oh no LOL! I mean like about ten days after the period finishes. I personally can see masterbation causing this if its done often. (Im not referring to being on the period or how heavy it is) 
More can be let out if masterbation is done often surely as it is rattling the area

If by 'vaginal water' you mean the fluids that release when you're aroused, its normal. Masturbation or any sort of sexual arousal would activate your bartholin's gland and cause the release of these fluids. They are meant to lubricate your vagina, keep it clean and make sex easier.

Well everyone is different so sexual response varies. Anyway it is good that you get wet after masturbation, its better than being dry as the fluid cleans your vagina.
