Quite normal. Many guys have a penis of which the skin has a darker tone than the rest of the body.

Not an expert on male genitals, but it's just skin so I'm sure you're fine. Penises come in different colors, structure and size, everyone's different. If you're really bothered about it, let your dad know and go see a doctor.

Completely normal most people's penis is slightly darker than there normal skin colour especially in non Caucasians lol :-)
