Is it normal to be "back on your period" about a day after you have sex even though say the day before you had sex your period had either just gone or was extremely light?

If you had just finished your period before you had sex, for the normal amount of days you usually do, then bleeding AGAIN after you had sex, it probably isn't your period. You might have been damaged during the sex, and the blood from it is now similar to a period. I wouldn't worry too much, unless there is a large amount of blood or pain.
