Okay, so here's my problem. Yesterday was my birthday and it was a blast by the way. But one thing happened, I met up with an old friend who happens to be interested in me and he wants to become...shall we say romantically involved with me. I don't know what to do, should I agree or should I wait or should I blow him off all together? (no pun intended there) Please give me your opinion.
Well if you don't like him in that way and don't want a relationship or feel you don't know him well enough, then say no.
If you want to, then go ahead. But it's your decision. Do what you feel is the right thing. Don't get together with him unless you really want it.

because the title and post say two different things.
Yeah, that confused me too.
But either way, ask yourself whether you want to because it's entirely your choice and random people on a forum can't really give advice on how you feel.
... But maybe the fact you're asking us suggests you're not really that into him?
