it's proven that too many women are STILL wearing the wrong size bra.
so i'm making this thread with a list of common bra problems, and the solution(s) that need(s) to be carried out.

i am aware i made a similar thread, but it'd dead and i don't know where it is.
i would make this in girls' prvacy, but new members / people who haven't got the password would not be able to view.

if YOU have any problems, post here and i'll TRY and help, although it's not guaranteed, because i don't know everything. even where bras are concerned.

if you can't explain your problem in detail, then you can post / pm me pictures, but it's not necessary.

it is IMPORTANT that you wear a bra that fits and supports you in the correct way, not just covers your nipples. ESPECIALLY if you have big boobs.

you can fit yourself, really. you just need patience, a lot of time, and to know what it is you're looking for.

okay, SOME common problems and the solution(s);

your band should be level around your back and ribcage. if it rides up, either your band is too big, your cups are too small, or BOTH.

if you spill out of the cups, obviously you need to go up a cup size.

if you need to hook your bra on the tightest hook when you FIRST buy it, you need to go down in the band size. the hooks are there so that when your band loosens over time, you can make it tighter using the hooks.

if the underwire of your bra digs in under your arm, or they stick out at the front, your cups are too small.

if your bra straps dig into your shoulders, you either obviously need to loosen the straps, or you need to have a smaller band size. the main support for the breast is supposed to come from the band AROUND your body, not the straps. if your band is too loose, your shoulder straps will be giving your breast most of the support, which will cause red marks in your shoudlers.

if you're worrying because your BAND around your body leaves red marks; DON'T. this is supposed to happen. your band is supposed to support your breasts, which means it has to be tight and firm, BUT comfortable. you should ideally be wearing the smallest band size possible, that feels comfortable.

if your problem isn't listed; ASK.

Yeh ill go into shop grab some bras in dif sizes and try them on with your advice in my head, see which ones best .
