which is better a condom or the pill
i use both right now cause im on the pill for period reasons and my bf uses condoms cause he said he dosent trust the pill
i think that the pill is more affective and we dont have any SIDS so wat works best 4 u ?
Even with the high percentage that the pill will protect you (90%+), there is still a chance that you can get pregnant.
If you actually DONT want to get a teenage mother, stick with condom + pill.
He's right not to trust the pill.
And about those SIDS... I dont know...

If you're on the pill and take it properly and neither of you have any STDs, then you are perfectly fine just taking the pill and not using condoms. BC pills are more effective than condoms when taken properly. I've been taking BC pills for 10 months and sexually active for 9 months. Since there's no risk of STDs since I'm only having sex with one partner and he was my first and he was tested and is clean, we don't use condoms. I've never had sex involving a condom. Not one time. Since I'm on BC and take it properly, I haven't gotten pregnant.

Just disreguard everything you've heard about the pill not being 100% effective against pregnancy. Which is essentially exactly what Miss Onyxeyes is implying (and yes, that is what you are implying, by saying you've been sexually active over the last 9 months and that you are still *hopefully* not pregnant).
So by all means, dont use the condom! You've got all the proof you need in that one thread so you do not wind up being a teenage mother!!!!
