So, i have a question: would this scenario make me gay/ bi/ whatever?
Men and women to me are two different entities. With men, I think about them more under sexual terms than I do women. On the other hand, I view women moreso how they decent of a mother they would be, which is REALLY important to me. I'd still be willing to have sex with a woman, but i'm more attracted to men, sexually anyway.
It's really akward, because of these two scenarios. 1) i was with a group of friends and they were drinking (i don't like alcohol, different story). among them was a friend of mine. For the sake of anonyminity (sp?), let's call him Steve. He's gay and has been flirting with me for months. Eventually, i let my inhibitions go voluntarily and we hooked up. just making out, no sex (still virgin). anyway, while his hands were groping me, i had a woody the entire time. Would this make me gay?
2) I was with my ex (also for the sake of anonyminity... still can't spell) Katie. We were snuggling and watching a random movie... and by that i mean we were facing each other and talking, etc- rather romantic scene. We started hooking up, still no sex, both of us still virgin, and i was hard then too.
what do you guys think? with the first scenario, steve had been playing with my buddy, so to speak, so would that be the real reason i was hard? i'm confused...
Adendum: By way of looks, I feel that people look better with clothes on. Although proclaimed straight (obviously in question), I have a rather keen fashion sense. I know when I guy looks good and I know when a girl looks good. I know, somehow, what eyeshadow a girl should wear in relation to her skin tone and what color would look great on a guy...
oftentimes, sex isn't even the issue in question...

i suggest suppressing your feelings for guys and go for girls only. Its how nature is supposed to be and you cant have kids with a guy. I think you'd be much happier with someone of the opposite sex

I think a person is free to choose what sexuality they can be. It creates problems later if you supress it anyways.
But to answer the OP's question, it's a little hard to say. I wouldn't say you're gay straight out. I wouldn't exactly say you're bi either. Well, you really could just be straight. I mean, I have a friend who is straight but he likes to do himself with a dildo.
well personally, i dont think labeling sexuality matters. whoever makes you happy, whether guy or girl, is what really matters. if it makes you feel better to label your sexuality though, id say bi or at least bi curius.
and to reply to Strlder, suppressing your feelings can be dangerous to your mental health. and who are you to say a heterosexual relationship is how nature is supposed to be? actually, many animals partake in homosexual relationships. and i definitely dont think its up to you to say what gender would make someone happy. really, in the long run, gender doesnt matter as much as happiness with whoever it is.
