You shouldn't stop masterbation it is natural and decrease stress and blood pressure,so I would recommend it to a friend(especially the female ones),the only reason you should stop it that you have to do your duty for you gender,or due to RSI's

or muscle fatigue

I was referring to old-school castration, when they really did wack off all your parts, not the type of modern castration that is generally called a vasectomy, etc, probably so dudes aren't too scared to do it.
