People have it done all the time. There's actually a lot of medical reasons people have it done for. It's actually said to reduce chances of diseases such as HIV.

^^If you live in certain villages in Africa where there is no running water, electricity, or doctors, you would be correct.

Phimosis is one of the very few medically necessary conditions that can require circumcision.

I'm a female, and I want my future husband to be circumcised. My mom, who has been married twice had a first husband who was circumcized and her current one isn't. She says that circumcized is "cleaner" because uncircumcized men's penises hold more bacteria/germs under the foreskin and they have to wash more thoroughly than circumcized men.

Also, this guy I went to school with wasn't circumsized at birth. He got up 5 years old and had to be, and they did it as an emergency. He said he wishes it would've been done to him while he was still a baby that way he wouldn't remember it.

Plus, I've seen both circumsized and uncircumsized penises, and personally, I think uncircumsized ones look uglier and like french fries, and that circumsized ones look better.

I must say, if I have any sons in the future, they all WILL be circumsized.
