how to stop the habit of masturbation

I am a teen

16 years old

I think, I have a bad habit. Sometimes, I like to do masturbation. I have did it for 3 years. And, I don't know how to stop it. No body know it. Other people, and my family, just know I am a good boy. I afraid I can't stop this habit.

I need your idea for my problem.

Someone has already posted a thread exactly like this one - please read the threads before you post as it gets irritating.

Masturbation isn't a crime - it's perfectly normal and although you might find yourself wanting to do it all the time it doesn't mean you need to.

You're 16 years old - it's normal you have sexual urges.

I suggest finding a girl
