Well this isnt a debate on what is natural. Yes its natural to want to have sex with the opposite sex, as it is part of our genes. But at the same time, society has changed us to a point where those feelings, while natural, shouldn't happen. Its a conflict between natural and society, and its best to deal with society. Society is where most of the girls are at.

I cant say much about going out with a 40 year old, other then its wrong on your part. Genes attract us to youth as they are the best for child bearing / protection. Now for a 40 year old guy to like a kid, its completely natural. For a 40 year old woman to think young guys are hot, its natural again. But, for a 19 year old to find a 40 year old as a genetically good mate, it does not make sense. Same with family. Sure its natural to a dog with no real sense of family to try to mate with its sister. But when humans know who family is, they generally are afraid to mate with them due to their emotional bond and their genetics. Society furthers that opinion. To contradict society is not recommended if you want your genes to carry on.

It's just hormones that make you see her body in that way etc. Unfortunately your penis can't tell the difference between your sister and any other girl.
But if you want to act upon this, whether it be telling her or wanting to actually have sex with her, then i think you need therapy.
