i usually do it once a day, and thats usually before bed. coz like honeybear said, it kinda helps you sleep lol. but if i miss a day or feel really horny then i could do it twice, or occasionly even three times. but thats only when there really is nothing else to do at all

yea there is, at max u should olnly do it 2 or 3 times a day, at max 4, once i did it 7 times in 1 day and trust me dont do it, u get realy tierd out and its hard 2 pee
