I go 9 months off and on without it. I do it maybe once a month due to a hard day working out/football pratice/running at school to relieve stress, but I dont like to get my hormones flowing at an all guys school cause then i feel really lonely.

First time i did it i was lying at the bed and tried to get asleep when i don`t know why i started to touch my self.And it was getting better and better and you know what happened then 
First i think sth really bad happened to my body and i will get sick or sth but when i realised it is not some bad think i continued (i was 13 ) |
