whatz my problem????
one) as i was cleaning up, i discovered one of the condoms ripped. there's no telling if it happened after he took it off or what....which brings me to-
two) there's a possibility i could end up pregnant. not good. [actually, im sick to the stomach thinking about it.]
three) the guy just turned 18. im 16.
four) at several points, i said no which my friend tells me is rape even tho i consented to it at one point

so, i'm really confused and i don't know what to do at ALL.
help me please??

I dont know where you live but the age of consent in most states in the U.S. is 16, you can check it here: www.ageofconsent.com .

I don't know what the laws are in your state/country but you can try either going to the pharmacy and asking for emergency contraceptive pills, or to your doctor and asking for it. But you have to do this in the next 1 or 2 days I think in order for it to work. There is a small window for it to be effective.

And do not worry, the first time usually sucks. But if you are still in pain by the morning I would see a doctor. However don't sweat it just yet.

I suggest taking the morning after pill. Please don't leave it so late that you'd have to resort to having an abortion. And talk to this guy about it. Don't go through this alone.

About saying no...well...I guess you agreed at some point, so...there's obviously gonna be two different stories there.

Not sure about the law in your state, but once you say no, I think he has to stop. Unless you said "yes" right after or something like that. Not sure if it was rape or not b/c I (as well as everyone else who comments) would need to know all the details. Legally or not, he should have stopped after you said no if he was a decent guy.

i said no before, during, and after but b/c i am somewhat an idiot, i let him anyway. that'z about as best i can describe it right now...

and i was told they don't sell morning after pills to minors [which now that i think about it doesn't make sense since we can buy pretty much anything else....]
