Sex Talk

well, i'm 18 and i still haven't gotten the talk. i never really spoke to my parents much about this sort of thing b/c i didn't really trust them...that's one of the reasons that i like this forum: b/c you can figure everything out here by talking to other people and it's not nearly as personable/ akward as talking face-to-face with your parents.

my dad told me that if I have sex use a condom... and that was pretty much it.

I have never had the talk but when I tell my parents I am gay i suppose it will sorta come in

my friends at school told me about it and then i just started 2 read books about it and worked my way up from their.

i was young too!! Like i was in preschool. My mom told me what sex was, and to wait until marriage. She brought it up in years since so ive known what sex was my entire life pretty much...

that didnt freak me out or anything at the time. but what DID freak me out was wen she talked about tampons! i was like Ewwwwwwww

There was no talk. Mostly 'cuz my sister was all "Okay, kiddie, im no virgin and you can hav as much sex as ya want but dont get knocked up or screwed over. this family cant afford another f-ck up." then she explained condoms and birth control. that was about it. i guess my parents assume i pick it all up at school.

my units were just like... yeah you've had sex ed at school, you're good to go! no need for us to tell you... they're weird like that. i think that school actually did inform me of a lot of information tho, so i never really had a need to ask my parents any questions, and if i did have any question there was my older sister and the internet to go to!!

I think i would have been awkward if my units had of tried talking to me about it.

In year4,I was working on an English project and I said lets do it to the guy I was working with in English.Everyone when "ewwww!!!" So I told Mom and she explained that they were talking about sex and she went into some detail about it.Then Ive pretty much learned the rest myself.She speaks to me about it sometimes but not very often.I think she knows that I know it all and she just leaves me to find it out by myself.
