*raises hand* i can answer this one from my point of view.

for me, the first time was extremely painful, but after something like 10 minutes of going slow i was all good. if you use plenty of lube, and he [or you] goes slow then it'll be fine in the end.

just go with it, when you feel pain stop [dont pull out, cause then you'll have to start all over again!] and just hold it there, to allow your body to adjust to the sensation.

another tip is for the reciever ["bottom"] to be on top, this way you control how much goes in and at what speed.

make sure he fingers you first [or whatever else you like that gets you're hole well lubed up!] that way there will be lube in you and on his dick.
