Kegal muscle ??

Ok i've been readin about kegal muscle exercises and I'm a little confused ...wat I have took in is while u r peeing to stop and go 7 times and that will help u find it .. But is there sumtin Im missing like how do I know where it is then wat do I do wen I find it????

ok im a boy so dont take offense on this answer

but its not that u do it when ur peeing. they say pee and then stop becos that way u can understand what is the muscle that ur meant to do the excercise. but u do it after uve peed and so u use that muscle and do it like 10 times, 3 times a day or something..

:/ Well, most people can control the flow of their urine without actually putting effort into the thought, it is just a prewired mental pathway. What one does is find the muscles by stopping the urine flow, so then you know which muscles it is you contract so you can exercise these muscles consciously later when you are not peeing. When you exercise them I think you are just suppose to clench and unclench in periods of like 20 seconds-3seconds respectively.

So I'm pretti sure I found my kegal muscle wen ever I clentch it my penis moves a lil is it the right muscle? Jus wanna check

You don't have to find it or know where is it exactly, you just use it. How? Like you said - to stop and go while peeing. You know how to hold your urine if you want to? You can do it also while not peeing but in exactly same way.
