Agree!
Both should enjoy, maybe not in exactly same thing in the same moment (vaginal penetration which is great for guy to orgasm and not so great for girl's orgasm) but they can do something for one partner and then something for other.
I don't mind if we have sex and BF cums in 5 minutes if he's willing to finger me or lick me till orgasm. Really. Don't mind at all.

Well for sure as long as we have sex together (like 4 years) he never complained to me .. we have experimented with lots of toys that we considered safe (and others too)
And just to mention that there are lots of people that had lost of their sex drive, and have problems with the ejaculation .. for me the Viagra pills are highly stressful for other organs in our body (the medicine proved this infos) ... still the nature has given us natural medicines and the medicine has accepted this too - in lotions, pills etc...
