What's that?
I used to do it at my old school. We did a length of butterfly, then a length of breaststroke, then a length of backstroke, then a length of crawl. Obviously you can vary how many lengths you do of each if you want to push yourself a bit harder. -
Running all the way. I hate swimming and suck at it, yet am on the swim team to keep myself in shape for the track season at my school. Swimming doesn't get you anywhere; 1st wall, flip, 2nd wall flip, repeat forever Even running around a track is more fun. But to be more specific about running, I love XC.

Swimming is great. I find it better to get exercise through swimming rather than doing anything else tbh.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Swimmer! I can't run... at all. Swimming is awesome though. I love it.... although my skin and hair still are recovering from the season. For you there's nothing I'd do. Cause really I don't like you...

Running! I enjoy swimming but my legs are my stronger point and I can do it anywhere and just enjoy it a lot :3

Well People have different views on the better work out among running and swimming but it is very important to say that both have their own significance, it is quite sure that these need more stamina and ideal for the same objective of health and fitness that is why some people like swimming and some running.Croquet Accessories in USA

swimming: possibly the best way to get ripped by the end of high school (without being ridiculously buff, more like toned muscle)[SIGPIC]http://www.teenhut.net/signaturepics/sigpic150861_20.gif[/SIGPIC]

I swim myself, have done the spirt since an age of four. And participated in national finals. So for sure I would prefer swimming over running hahaha.

Definitely not running, so the lesser of two evils would be swimming. I do like the pool and ocean but just to goof around in it and not swim laps."If you love me right, We fuck for life, on and on and on."~ Tove Lo
