Whenever i have stress i just try to relax by meditating. I can suggest you a very simple way of meditating, every morning you should do it for 2 min. Sit straight with your legs folded inside and then while holding one nostrils, take a deep breathe from other one, then hold the breath for 10 sec then release it from the other nostrils and vice-verse. Do it for 2 min each day and please share your experience. FYI this kind of meditation is called pranayama , it is a kind of yoga.

A diary ..
Before you right it off, just listen haha!
I never understood how the hell a silly diary could help.
But then I started doing one and realized how much it really does help! You can vent all the anger that's inside you you need to let out, into this book!
You really do feel tons better for it, well I know I do anyway!
Proper addicted to it now it helps me so so much!- All we can do is keep breathing - -

I was told a way of removing stress - my tutor had even drew me a diagram, although it wasn't very helpful as in my case if I were to cut one thing out, it would increase stress on other things rather than remove it. I'll show you, who knows? It might help.
Okay, so there's you and example factors of what are causing your stress:
And then you'd work out what's causing the stress in those things one at a time, and try to gradually remove the factors one by one, and then ideally you'll end up without the stress once they're all gone.
However, you could be in the same situation and not be able to remove the factors without adding more stress to the others.

I think you should try to divert your mind from the thing that is stressing you , for this you can try your hobbies or what you like doing most ,because this will make you happy and will release your stress you should play some game of your choice , this will surely take you out of stress and will make you a happy person.

I just have to be chilling with earphones , or i eat a lot sour fruits and sleep more than a normal sleep hour. Another one is to see all my friends and speaks to them.

I get anxiety a lot for no apparent reason, or over little things all the time. Usually what I do to keep my mind off of it is watch a comedy movie or TV series, read a good book, exercise, talk about it with someone, stuff like that. =)
One thing not to do though, is eat- I used to be a nervous eater and I would get sick from all the sugar I ate. So... I suggest drinking a lot of water.

I'm very stressful too, but you could get rid of this. Indeed, you could do lot of activities like sport, I don't know... For my part, I smoke, I play the music, etc... Be inventive
ps : I repeat in all of thread but I can't speak English so be "indulgent" with me xD -
Do things you like, where you are most enjoyed at.

Getting not enough amount of sleep may cause stress. It is good to have 8 hours of sleep a day to energize your body before facing various activity in a day.
