I was shocked to find out how many of my mates don't really drink anymore because they reckon alcohol causes you to put on weight, Do you drink ? or am i the only one who still does
Do you drink alcohol...?

Yeah, not often though.

I drink, and I guess it's far too much. But I didn't see any effects on my weight.WHY?
...because FUCK YOU, that's why... -
I drink quite often, doesn't really affect my weight though.. but the only reason for that is because beer is sometimes the only calorie intake I get.Seduce&Destroy

I'd much rather smoke, but if you're trying to lose weight that's definitely not the way to do it... However if you care about your liver marijuana is the way to go.

Alcohol doesn't harm your liver unless you drink ridiculous amounts all day erryday. At normal consumption levels it's metabolized and not a single fuck is given.

Also, when the OP was talking about 'drinking alcohol' I thought it was implied that she meant getting drunk. If that was not the case then yeah, you're right...The post was edited 1 time, last by Globalization ().

Your statement was that Alcohol only damages your liver if you drink tons of it...
However it clearly states that any amount of alcohol can produce liver damage.
Anyone who has ever been drunk has caused some damage to their liver. And anyone who gets drunk frequently causes damage to their liver frequently. Now, you can get drunk on the weekends... but it will still damage your liver.

Also, I think I took the second quote out of context. I didn't notice the 'in those conditions' part. But the first one stays true. The post was edited 3 times, last by Globalization ().

I don't drink very often, but not because of the weight thing.

Only at low levels (a glass or two a day), and most of the compounds in wine attributed to health benefits can be found in grapes or grape juice, anyway. -
I don't drink alcohol, because I don't like it. But it's ok to me if someone else drinks.

I hate to drink alcohol because alcohol is very harmful for the health and I am very conscious about my health. I also request to those people who drink alcohol please give up drinking alcohol.
-
