I don't have a great tooth and I suffer from tooth issues frequently. How to take care of your mouth so you don't receive oral diseases frequenetly? I do brush my teeth everyday, so don't suggest me that lol. I am just looking for different kind of tips on how to take care of your mouth and have healthy teeth. What all things do you do to stay healthy?

Brushing twice a day and flossing are the pretty big ones. Also make sure you eat well and avoid sipping on sugary drinks like pop or juice too often.

Maybe it's the water. When I moved and got a new dentist, he was amazed at how healthy my teeth were, and he said something about the water where I grew up possibly containing more fluoride than the city's supply, or something weird like that. -
I was apparently given too much fluoride at school(with no parent consent) which made my enamel stained(before the teeth came out), pretty stupid.

I will advice you to meet dentist for regular dental checkup and brush your teeth and rinse teeth after eating. Chew sugar less gums and use mouth wash to clean your mouth. -

Cleaning up your mouth and keeping it healthy orally is not that easy to achieve specially if you were not that expert. Well, with having appropriate toothbrush will surely give you a result of healthy mouth. I suggest to choose a correct toothbrush for good cleansing process in between your teeth , gums and tongue.
