Formula 1 and Nascar, because that isn't a sport, that is just a race between some drivers

from what I have seen motor racing and NFL. I haven't seen very much NFL being from the UK but when I do see it the amount of stoppages means I can't pay attention to it for any length of time. I need all action, which motor racing and NFL don't give me. There's other sports but those to really spring to mind.
