      I Have Problems With Social Anxiety And Im Planning to Start Taking Vicodin For College When I start Probaly This Summer.. I Just Need Advice On How to Be More Social And Not Get Paranoid Like People Are Talking about me How Do U Guys Relax. and Also Is it A Good Idea To fast for a Day To losee Weight i Am Trying to Get my Mindd To Not Eat For A Day And Fast Drinking Lots of Water ANy Advice

      I also have social anxiety, but, unfortunatley the only way to get out of it is to get stuck right in the middle of it...I have gained confidence in myself and have learned to trust others. Do you judge others? I find that when I start to critize someone's dress sense I tell myself off, because otherwise we'd get paranoid about ourseleves, and that is not improving who we are.

      Sometimes this helps me.... keep your favorite hard candy or gum in your backpack/pocket... and suck/chew on it when you're feeling insecure. It may help you relax your nerves because it gives your brain something to focus on. And remember, when people go home everyday, the main thing on their mind is themselves.. so try not to worry about what they think of you.

      Also why do you want to fast? I can give you some sensible dieting tips and even some recipes if you're really trying to lose weight.

      Hmmmm, well i dont know a lot about fasting except you take in a lot of water.... but, if you do that I would recommend you take a multi-vitamin (there's one you can dissolve in your water called eco-boost? I get it at Costco)..
