      I am having serious anxiety. I have overcame depression before, but i think i might have it again. There is just so much things nowadays that worry, annoy, or otherwise make it tough for me. I am asking at this post if someone of you people know ways to relieve stress, anxiety, depression, anger, etc. I was thinking of starting aikido, and starting meditation. Do you think those could help? Problems are, that i have no idea at all where i could meditate. At home, it would be stupid to even try. There is not a second of peace here. I can't escape to my own room, since i share one with my sister. The forest nearby might be a place where i could do it, but every time i start to think deep, someone interrupts. And i care way too much about what other people think about me. I guess that's all i can say now. :D
