I'm 17 and preparing for the military. Every morning and evening (so twice a day) I run three miles and spend 5 minutes doing pushups, then 5 minutes doing pullups, then situps, then flutter kicks. And during the week I have football workouts. Sound like a good routine?
In a lot of ways it's our humor that allows us to conquer death. It's our humor that lets us live. Even if it's temporary, just for a day, it's survival. We have to rise above death. We have to laugh in its face.
