Just to clear things up, the difference between murder and manslaughter is the before thought of I want to kill that person, other than that, its still taking someones life. (No shit its not the same fucking thing, top notch effort guys)

He should be charged for manslaughter, no matter the circumstances. He could have just knocked him out, simple, but no, he killed him. Everyone deserves justice, no matter what they've done. He should not have taken that mans life, simple.

There are always alternatives to killing someone, this man had plenty. He still killed someone, no matter the reason, and he should be charged. If I did the same thing, I'd want to be charged as well. You don't get to take anyone's life without having to pay the consequence.
